Holzmanufaktur BENZ – Neuro-Optimized Website for a Legacy Woodworking Brand

A digital transformation blending traditional craftsmanship with modern behavioral science.

The Challenge

Holzmanufaktur BENZ, a fourth-generation woodworking business in Southern Germany, builds high-end kitchens and bespoke interiors with precision and soul. But their outdated website didn’t reflect that craftsmanship — nor did it guide or qualify potential clients effectively. They needed more than a digital brochure. They needed a decision-making tool that respected both tradition and user psychology.

The MohrX Approach

We applied the NUMA Framework, our in-house neuro design system, to rethink the entire customer journey. From structure to typography, every element was designed to support high-involvement decisions typical in premium home projects. We introduced:

  • A psychologically-informed visual hierarchy
  • Conversion pathways tailored to emotional commitment levels
  • Behavioral tracking to capture intent signals and drop-off points

The result: a quiet, confident website that mirrors the quality of their work — and works harder behind the scenes.

The Outcome

Currently in phased development. Core neuro-design structure and advanced behavior tracking are implemented. Early testing shows stronger engagement patterns and more qualified customer journeys. Full rollout and conversion optimization cycle planned for Q3 2025.
